The Eaglecrest Conditions report says the lower loop is groomed for skate and classic. With all of this new snow, classic touring should be fine. A 9.6 kilometer Loop was set late this afternoon from Mendenhall Lake to Dredge Lake. A bit of chain saw work was needed. Feel free to cut or snip branches along the route. Conditions should be good on Thursday for classic skiing depending on how much snow falls...Feb 25, 2026 | Eagle Beach

Only 1-2 in fresh snow. Trail groomed out nicely! Fresh corduroy all around. Reset a classic track for the big loop. Great conditions! At 6pm, not raining and 35 degrees! Enjoy!
