Confirmed – no wind and excellent classic skiing. The wind was blowing at home but none on the lake. 1t track was very good but 2nd track occasionally disappeared from snow fill-in. 1200 update: Campground groomed nicely at 0800. Just enough (3 inches) new snow to set a nice classic track. It was beautiful then, but the snowfall increased and covered it all over. I made a few passes which packed the 6″ of powdery snow into two inches of soft base. I set the skate and classic track which bottomed out in a couple places on ice and a little gravel. It is mostly good to go with those two exceptions. Ready for the adventurous...
