Top few inches frozen hard this morning. Can’t get out yesterday’s prints but scratched up enough frass to make skate beautiful. Classic frozen, in reasonable shape with a few flattened out spots. If it softens later to day I may set new classic then. BFFeb 5, 2024 | Mendenhall Campground

Challenging weather. I expect a lot of debris on the trails as well as soft snow. I will be trying to get a smooth surface on it before it freezes and may wait until later in the day to groom so it is less tracked up before an evening freeze. I will be checking it...
