John Muir- Peterson traverse

The traverse on 2/17 was excellent with deep snow. Twelve people packed most of the trail between the two cabins. We and others before us chipped ice off the blue diamonds. There was 10″ of snow on slush on Peterson Lake. Beware. We were able to ski all the way to the car at the Peterson Lake TH! Best snow of my 8 trips!
