20 minutes max hike or ski from the lodge to the upper loop. Go up the side of Sneaky. The meadow is groomed for skate and classic, but is getting heavily skied. The most fun option is to go exploring on the ungroomed but still ski tracked Troy loop, if you don’t mind a few easy creek crossings. The slopes behind the Black Bear chair are also fun to ski. Classic skis work best for exploring.
