Early skiers catch the first tracks.

Twice this week I’ve had the first groomed tracks up Montana Creek (and it wasn’t that early in the day), a special place this time of year particularly: fresh air, twittering birds, rushing creek. Today’s adventure wasn’t too exciting, just had one right skate boot and one left classic boot. Opportunity met to compare the techniques :-).
