Groomed trail is hard and solid. For classic track, some brown spots mainly along the road, and deep track such that sides of feet rub on side of tracks on stretch that returns to lower driveway shoot from the lower loop. Parking lot in decent shape for small car parking. Not bad and will provide a great base if it lasts til the next snow.
