Since Mr. McKenna was so interested in conditions way out the road, I checked it out this afternoon. Temp was 13 F @ noon. Track had been freshly rolled, but not Ginzued. I saw Island Boy leaving the State Parks parking lot, so I’m not sure if he was grooming or reconning. Skate conditions fair to good. Lots of frozen chunks in places and generally a narrow sweet spot for skating. Did a couple of full loops before my hands started freezing. If the club ran the Ginzu on it, it would be dyn-o-mite. ~ Lars G ~
