To all Juneau area groomers: Eagle Beach, Montana, Campground, Lake, Eagle Crest upper and lower, Pioneer: KIITOS from the 90 of us who skied Border to Border yesterday… able to enjoy the best of 47KM (if you skied all) from the Island to the Mainland- a first in groomed Juneau! This highly flagged and pickled event is only possible because all of the work the groomers do, every day, to ensure we are sliding over the snow here. What a winter to celebrate and a spring to anticipate.
