Poached Salmon Creek

The flesh is firming up and Salmon Creek is looking fat and ready for skiing. Groomers widened the base and compacted it and the turnarounds. To help build the base structure, the Ginzu remained parked. If temps stay cool the corduroy will harden. If enough snow falls the roller will have to come out again to compact the new snow. The team is working on a drag version of classic track setting for these soft conditions. The drag ‘Queens’ will have a nice track for you one way or another. But tonight it will be human groomin’ for the shufflers. Note to groomers-: Mistress Sedgesprite added weight to the front of the Skandic and that seems to help in the turns. Don’t forget to raise and release the comb or ginzu teeth before the turn.
