The design includes a lakefront trail and a bridge across the Mendenhall River. Please remind the planners/designers that this trail and bridge should accommodate Nordic skiers and grooming equipment. The supporting documents do mention Nordic skiing, but we want to make sure our concerns become a reality.

This is integral in the MMS trail connections. Please add that a new West Glacier area loop trail, which is mentioned in the 50 year plan, would help connect to CBJ’s Montana Creek Natural Area Park! Please ask them to make this a high priority. More info about MMS and a map can be found here.
