Mendenhall Lake ice at skaters Cabin was observed to be 2 inches thick on
Dec 8th. The present snow cover on lake surface now prevents further
growth of Ice thickness. We need a least 6 inches of good ice to Groom on the
Lake. We will monitor ice depth and conditions before Grooming.
