The Anchorage Daily News has a series of short videos introducing skiers to various aspects of ski technique and preparation (click on the link under Nordic FYI in the blogroll column to the right).  While these are pretty cursory, they do include some good footage of the basics.

Dominic Bradford, who headed up JNSC’s Nordic Ski Clinics this year, sent us a comprehensive outline of ski techniques. If you took one of his classes, look this over to refresh your memory.
